Many companies have their own warehouses for storing products or commodities. So the following six safety issues are needed to be paid attention.
1.The first and the most important one is to prevent the use of non - standard floor plate (card board) on the shelf.
2.Advoid collision: the forklift should be handled as gently as possible during operation.
3.Anti-overload: the weight of goods stored on each layer shall not exceed the maximum load of the shelf that design.
4. When goods are placed on the top of the shelf, operators should not enter the bottom of the shelf directly, which is very dangerous.
5. Head weight: should be done at the top of the light goods, the bottom of the weight of the principle. Need to follow the principle of light duty goods are placed on the top while the heavy duty one on the under layer.
6. Avoid ultrahigh high and oversize shelf, the dimension of card board and goods is better less than 100mm of the clear space.
